What an incredible way to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival!

Master of Fire was truly unforgettable the energy, the talent, the camaraderie, and the passion under one roof (and over open flames 🔥). So many amazing moments to choose from, but this photo of the Master of Fire champions is one of my favorites from the week.

A heartfelt thank you to Florida Dairy Farmers and Undeniably Dairy for partnering with Birdie Bistro and Chef Rita. . Your support and exceptional products helped us bring bold flavors and unforgettable dishes to life during this milestone year.

I am beyond grateful to have stood alongside such talented chefs and teams. The collaboration, respect, and shared passion made this 25th anniversary celebration truly special.
