Today’s spotlight dish is our Morcilla de Arroz — Rice Blood Sausage. 🇪🇸 If you’ve tried blood sausage before and found it a little too gamey or strong, this one may surprise you. It has a much more balanced flavor, especially paired with the sweetness of caramelized onions and piquillo peppers, all served over toasted bread. The combination of savory, sweet, and smoky flavors makes every bite just right. ❤️💛

To get to the Spanish restaurant and tapas bar & restaurant located on Giralda Avenue in Coral Gables, there are several options for transportation.
If taking public transport, you can take the metro to the Coral Gables station and then transfer to a bus that goes down Giralda Avenue. Alternatively, there are several bus stops along Miracle Mile (a parallel street) that are within walking distance of the restaurant.
If driving, you can take US-1 or Le Jeune Road and turn onto Giralda Avenue. There is limited metered street parking available on Giralda Avenue, as well as several nearby parking garages such as the one located on Andalusia Avenue.
Overall, it is recommended to plan your route and mode of transportation ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival at the restaurant.
