A graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Miami, Hané began his career at the prestigious Two Michelin Star Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons in Oxford, England before moving on to two top restaurants in the Basque Country of Spain, followed by an intense training in Thailand and Singapore.
The breakfast menu at B Bistro + Bakery features favorites like the BBB Truffle Bun, Smoked Salmon Scramble, Avocado Toast with Fried Eggs, and the Granola Bowl. For lunchtime cravings, try House Gazpacho, Brussel Sprout Ceasar, La Causa, Ceviche, Crispy Salmon or BBB Cuban Sandwich. The Butiffara Sandiwch and Spicy Tuna and Avocado Tartines are also highly recommended.
