To get to NE 1st Avenue in Miami, you can take the Metromover or Metrobus and disembark at the Government Center Station. From there, walk towards NE 1st Street and turn right onto it. You should be able to find the location on your left-hand side.
If you are driving to NE 1st Avenue, there is a parking lot called Courthouse Tower Parking Garage located at 44 West Flagler Street that could be an option for you. From there, head north on NE 1st Street and turn left when you reach NE 1st Avenue.
