Since 1997, Miyako Doral has been part of Doral’s dining story. 🍣
Founded by Mr. Kim as the first Japanese restaurant in Doral, Miyako introduced a new way to experience Japanese cuisine in the city and, over the years, became a reference for authentic Nikkei cuisine — bringing together Japanese precision with the bold, fresh flavors of Peru.
Nearly three decades later, that legacy continues through our sushi bar, Japanese-Peruvian dishes, wine and sake selection, and a dining experience built around tradition, quality, and constant evolution.
Today, under co-owners Adrián Arguéz and Pablo Vecino, Miyako continues honoring its roots while moving forward with the same passion that started it all.
