Weβre starting a new monthly w**e series at Mandolin : ππ¨, π°π‘ππ ππ«π π°π ππ«π’π§π€π’π§π ? π·
In each episode, weβll introduce you to three bottles from our w**e list:

πππππππ β a grape or bottle you might already know.
πππππππππ ππππππππππ β an unusual varietal, small producer, or simply something you might not normally think to order.
ππππππππ ππππ β where we make our way through the Mandolin team to find out what everyone is drinking and loving right now.
π¬π·π°πΊπΆπ«π¬ ππ is a little longer as Freddy, our Sommelier & Beverage Manager, introduces the series before taking us through our first three w**es.
Moving forward, weβll keep things short and sweet: a little w**e knowledge, a few bottles worth knowing, and hopefully some inspiration for what to order the next time youβre at Mandolin.
Stay tuned for π¬π·π°πΊπΆπ«π¬ ππ next month, where our GM, Matt, will be sharing his pick.

A few weeks ago, our chefs packed up and headed to Facade Bakery in Coral Gables for the day, creating a one-time menu that brought a little bit of Mandolin into the Facade kitchen.
From the first plates out to the last, the place was packed. So grateful to everyone who came by, and to the Facade team for opening up their kitchen and spending the day creating, cooking, and sharing with us.
A little look back at a very fun day together. π
